Executive Director, MAYSO & NXT Florida
Rui runs MAYSO and leads the NXT Florida program in Bradenton. He is a 2000 NCAA Division I national champion and former captain at UConn, and has coached at nearly every level of American soccer, including as a University of South Florida men’s assistant coach.
Program Leadership, NXT Florida
Marcos works with Rui on the NXT Florida competitive program, coach standards and player development pathway. He helps shape the one-club standard for the Bradenton program and supports families moving through the competitive soccer pathway.
